How to Check and Send Messages on Bixex

Would you like to send a message to a connection on Bixex but don’t know how to go about this? Have you been getting messages from connections but have been unable to check because you don’t know the “how to?” Below are the steps on how to check and send messages on Bixex:

• Sign in to your Bixex account
• On the homepage, navigate to the message icon at the right side of the page where you have your profile picture.
• The number of messages you have would be displayed just below the icon. If you have none, the option on the page would be “no messages to display.”
• if you have any message, when you click on the message icon, you would be redirected to the message page where the name of the connection that sent the message would be displayed. You can type a reply and send it to the messenger if you want to or ignore the message.
• If you have used the option before and would like to see your previous messages and response, click on view all.

When you want to send a message, there are two ways to go about this:

Step one

• Click messages
• Click the pen image at the front of messages
• Search the connection you want to send your message to
• Compose the message
• If you have an image or attachment you want to include, click image or attachment
• Upload either of the two
• Click send

Step 2

• If for instance, you clicked to view all.
• To create a message, click create a message at the top end of the page.
• On the page that pops up, follow the steps explained in step one to compose and send your message.

Sending messages to your connections on Bixex is a very good way to build relationships on the platform.
